You may return any original or print within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom commissions are non-refundable once approved.
Items must be returned in original packaging and in the condition received. Please write us before shipping so we can send a return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned artwork arriving at the studio.
Every shipment is fully insured. If your piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
